I’m a mum to two wild-hearted boys and a big fan of sunshine, good food, a cosy cup of tea, and anything that helps us love ourselves a little more.
Earth Sugar was born from my own messy journey. After a season of tragedy and hitting rock bottom, I realised that if I wanted things to feel different, I had to do something different. So I flipped the script, chose self-love, and started showing up for myself in ways I never had before.
